| | Travel and Festival costs are broken into three payments based on the dates that your activities require payment. The final payment is four weeks prior to your travel date. |

| | There are three adjudicators at CAWS Festivals. |

| Do you offer a clinic for participating performing groups? |
| | A working clinic is offered to each performing group by one of the adjudicators. |

| | The Awards Ceremony varies from city to city. |

| | Concert Band, Orchestra, Jazz Band, Wind Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Indoor Guard, Team Twirling, Parade Review, Concert Choir, Madrigal Choir, Jazz Choir, Show Choir, Women's Choir, and Men's Choir. |

| What do you provide at the performance site? |
| | CAWS provides chairs, stands, bass drum, 3 timpani, and piano. Choral risers and chimes are available at certain locations. Additional percussion is often available upon request. |

| What do you offer if we do not want a competitive festival? |
| | You can enter a CAWS festival as a non-competitive group or you may be interested in our non-competitive festivals, MUSICAL CAROUSEL. In addition, we can arrange for public performance opportunities or arrange for a clinician to work with your group while on tour. |

| What are the performance requirements? |
| | At all CAWS Festivals, competitive groups are required to select a grade level of music from their state graded list.
